HighLevel is optimised for US agencies. If your clients are in Argentina or Russia, you keep manual processes for taxes, payments, local marketplaces. With us those are native tools.

Self-hosted option

If your agency wants independence from the SaaS provider or handles sensitive data — Omra installs on your Proxmox/Docker in an hour.

Non-WABA WhatsApp

HighLevel WhatsApp routes through Twilio + WABA — you pay Meta tariffs ($0.04-0.08 per inbound in LATAM). We support non-WABA via neonize for micro-SMB clients where the economics break.

FAQ

I want to resell like HighLevel SaaS Mode — do you have it?
In development. We have multi-company white-label today, but automated Stripe rebilling under your brand lands late 2026. If it's critical now, reach out to discuss a pilot.
What about funnel/landing builder?
We're not in that category. If you need landings, keep HighLevel or use webflow/framer alongside Omra for CRM. Upside: separation of concerns (CRM ≠ page-builder).
Will you have Voice AI?
Yes, on the 2026 roadmap. Launching via WhatsApp Business Calling API + STT/TTS pipeline. If voice is critical — write us for early access.
How do you handle my client data?
Multi-tenant isolation: each sub-agency-account is a company in Omra with its own API keys. Self-hosted option for full physical isolation.
How long does migration take for an agency with 50 clients?
A couple of weeks. We migrate 1-2 pilot clients (day or two), refine the process, then industrialise. We'll help you plan.
