Migration guide

From respond.io to Omra

respond.io is good, but their «AI tools» are HTTP requests inside a no-code workflow. Here tools are actually executable Python plus ready-made verticals for Argentina and CIS.

Cost of respond.io for your team:
respond.io $1908
  • • Growth $159/mo = $1,908/yr
  • • 1000 MAC, 10 users
  • • AI Agents included (nice)
  • • HTTP-requests in workflows (Advanced+ $279)
Omra 2026
  • • Starter — TBD
  • • AI Pilot + Custom Python tools included
  • • Self-host option
  • • AFIP/MP/Avito native tools

Real Python execution, not an HTTP wrapper

respond.io exposes «secure HTTP requests» from workflows — that's calling someone else's API. Here Python runs in our sandbox: complex computation, response parsing, multi-step logic inside one tool.

Local LATAM/RU verticals

respond.io is a global player without specialisation. AFIP, Mercado Pago, Class365, Avito are built-in tools here. Over there it's all HTTP requests you have to build and maintain yourself.

Non-WABA WhatsApp + self-host

respond.io is WABA-only + cloud-only. Here non-WABA via neonize (for micro-SMBs) and a self-host option.

FAQ

respond.io already has Voice AI, you don't — is it critical?
If voice is the primary channel (LATAM segment), critical for now. If secondary, you can start without — we're launching Voice AI in 2026 with early access for migration customers.
I use custom channels — can I migrate?
Our Custom Channel API is basic. If you have a complex custom channel, reach out directly — we'll discuss migration or temporary parallel operation.
What's better cost-wise on AI?
respond.io is the only major player including AI Agents in Growth+. That's strong. We also include fair-use, but we're a startup — pricing still being finalised. For high-volume scenarios respond.io stays strong.
